The question is: do you, gratitude every day?  This is the most valuable habit you could ever have. The list of benefits continues:

Better sleep

Improves self-esteem

Makes memories happier

ARE YOU HOOKED UP TO YOUR SOURCE OF SUPPLY OF GOOD IN YOUR LIFE?

Expressing gratitude to a Higher power, Universe or God, puts us in the right frame of mind for them to respond with Inspiration, moving the universe in line with our desires, or places a particular good in our life, if we are open and ready to receive it. Now that you have expressed your gratitude, take time to reflect on it. Ponder for a moment, what makes you thankful for it. How has the person/idea/event has helped you? Adding these two questions you can make your gratitude more meaningful to you.

Focusing on gratitude makes you focus on the things that make you happy, is a no brainier. How do you develop gratitude? Here is a list of ways: journal it daily: talk about what your thankful for, daily; meditate/pray on the good in your life, daily: finally, seek it out, daily. Do you see a theme here? It works best to do it, yes, DAILY

What should your gratitude be about? Anything you are truly grateful for; the secret is Feeling it. Let’s say you have a great cup of coffee, and it gives you a feeling of joy, be grateful for it.  Being grateful is about feeling it and then expressing it. By taking the time to feel it, express it, you are making your world better and as a result your good feelings and actions are now putting good out into the world.

The smallest act of kindness is worth than the grandest intention. Oscar Wilde
